Course bioenergetics
The purpose of the exercises is to help to get in bioenergetics contact with your body, increasing the feelings contained in it,
become aware of muscle tension, work on the movement and breathing to facilitate their release.

The course is aimed at adults
and will be held at the Social Centre for Elderly Centre in Via Giano Filandari, 1
every Tuesday from 19 to 20,
and will cost € 20 per month.
Please come in comfortable clothes or overalls.
