Does Goku Even Like Chi Chi

change

thesis Susy vol.4

At 31 December 2007 the resident population of Turin amounted to 908,129 inhabitants . The city is divided into 10 districts fairly homogeneous in terms of inhabitants: 6 out of 10 districts contribute to the overall population with rates ranging from 'at 8.4%' 11.7%. The less populous districts (No. 10) has 4.5% of the population and more inhabited (3x) 14.5%. The population of the District VII , at first glance, it appears to be absolutely in the media as a percentage of residents. However, a closer analysis, that does not stop at simple numerical considerations, shows that this area is marked by a high density exclusively in the area closest to the center of the city and a lower density other localities and borgate.La higher percentage of citizens belonging to the seventh district live in villages Valdocco-Borgo Dora, in the Village and the Borgata Rossini Aurora. These three villages are the 'Ex - District 7.For this, then use this name to talk in more detail the areas that actually interest me especially since these the districts of origin of children and children who attend the Arsenal Square .
Through a statistical survey carried out by ' Census Bureau on the people present in the home districts of each block of 12, 23 and 24, it was found that there is, in some buildings and in some blocks, a very high percentage of inhabitants. For this purpose you can see the map on the left, where the number of residents corresponds to a different color . It starts with the index for strains pale yellow where residents found to between 10 and 50 inhabitants, (in the case of isolates that we find in the Village Rossini and in some buildings that are located in the area Valdocco), up to purple index in which the isolated residents for exceeding the 750 (then in a ratio of 15 and 75 times). This situation is characteristic of some isolates that arise between GiulioCesare course, Corso Vercelli and Corso Brescia, a few buildings facing the market of Porta Palazzo and some great popular buildings along Corso Principe Oddone. E 'evident in these isolates the number of residents is very high, which in many cases involves small and overcrowded housing, with consequent negative impact on quality of life for residents .

Foreigners in the former QuartiereVII

As mentioned previously, foreigners have increased significantly in all constituencies. In terms of sheer numbers the largest settlements of foreigners have occurred (at 31.12.2007) in the northern part of the city, namely in the district VI (Falchera, Reggio Park, Barrier of Milan) with 16,391 units in the district VII (Aurora , Vanchiglia, Madonna del Pilone) with 15,620 units in the district and V (Madonna di Campagna, Valletta and Victoria Village) with 13,299 unita.Come can be deduced from the table and the histogram on the right, the district VII presents the greatest concentration of foreigners among all the districts of Turin . The higher percentage of foreign nationals belonging to the seventh district lives in villages Valdocco-Borgo Dora, in the Village and the Borgata Rossini Aurora. Former District 7, with its 41,607 inhabitants, representing about 50% of the district and VII about 5% of the entire City of Turin. It is characterized by highest density of foreigners in the age group 0-20 years in Turin: 41.6% . (Ref. 2007) Population studies have found that in younger age groups ranging from 0 to 20 years of age you notice some clear trends, analysis of which allowed me to make the following considerations:
1. Numerically, the population was reduced by about a thousand units (from about 12,800 to about 11,800). This reduction has occurred largely in the first four years (until 1999) and then stabilized.
2. The Italian population has shrunk drastically of about 5000 units, from about 12000 to about 7000 units.
3. The foreign population has increased greatly about 4,000 units, rising from less than a thousand around 5000 with a tendency to replace the Italian population, which numerically , Probably, has moved elsewhere.
It is interesting to note the different percentages, which indicate the trend and the pace of change. The Italians were reduced by 42% in 12 years, namely that for every 10 patients, 4 were, presumably, be transferred to other areas. Foreigners increased by about 4.2 times, meaning that for every 10 persons have been added about 32 more. In terms of rapid change in foreigners increased with an average annual of 16.5% with peaks "cyclical" (23% in 1997 to 31.8% in 2003 and 19.5% in 2007).
The Italians were reduced on average by 4.8% every year with very pronounced oscillations, which is almost constant . The differential growth foreigners - Italians tend reduction should lead (if there were capacity population, housing and accommodation, etc. ..) to achieve a majority and an overall increase of foreign residents .

C. Composition and characteristics of the foreign component

table you can see, through statistical studies developed between 2007 and 2008, different nationalities in the districts of Borgo Dora-Valdocco, Aurora and Rossini . All this tends to change the cultural and ethnic connotation the neighborhood, requiring attendance and the system integration and social and educational consistent with this connotation. Obviously the presence of many foreigners from different countries is not in itself a bad thing, indeed, may be an element of wealth and source of resources and more varied responses, which can help find new ideas and solutions the . It can not, however, does not detect a high level of complexity in the relationships that are being to be established between citizens who find themselves living side by side with different cultures, religions and traditions very different from each other .
In order for fertilization to take hold within a community "mixed", there must first be the will and the curiosity to confront the diversity and this attitude is by no means a foregone conclusion. It 'important to offer the citizens of Turin places where there is the chance to carry on an exchange and dialogue. Important at the same time give opportunities to everyone, within the limits of freedom in the context of mutual and shared rules of civil coexistence , to live as they see fit without feeling constantly judged and condemned. I personally believe that a real open dialogue is something that you should be educated and, like any learning process takes time. Despite the fact that the times can not be very short, could be a real investment , on which long-term commit their resources and energies . A community can deal with diversity without feeling attacked or frightened by it and indeed knows how to capitalize on the knowledge and experience of others, is a community adult who is able to offer a rich and healthy environment for growth for all its inhabitants .
